②Date no Tempur   Will stay for about 15 minutes

You can eat "Date no tempura" at the eat-in corner of the Roadside station.
Tempura of minced fish was handed down from the prewar generation in Date. It was refreshed and was offered for sale in 2001. It has become a popular souvenir.

③Date City Kaitaku Kinenkan Museum  Will stay for about one hour

The exhibition of approx. 2,000 materials about the Samurai culture and the hardships of pioneering by the Watari Date family, which was a division of the Sendai clan, is open to the public. Valuable heritages of the samurai society, such as Hina dolls and armor made 250 years ago, are shown to today's people.

They raise triple cross pigs called "Kogane-ton (Golden Pigs)" at their own ranch. Their products are sold in Nishiiburi, especially in Date City. Their original products are also delivered anywhere in the country.
